About Chrystalle

I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialization in Performance Exercise and Certified Nutrition Coaching, I am currently obtaining additional certifications Corrective Exercise, and have 7 years experience training clients inside and outside of commercial gyms. A former ballet dancer, I am a mother of identical twin, 19-year-old girls and currently reside in the greater west side of Chicago. I have worked with clients of a wide range of ages, issues, and goals. I tailor my training to the client’s needs, helping them to get the desired results in a safe and healthy manner.

If your goal is to look good and feel good then she will help you reach it. I look forward to my sessions. I like the different stretches and cool down routines. I tend not to do that on my own. So if you are ready, start your sessions with the best, highly skilled and qualified. She'll start where you and modify the exercise for you. Lol. I sound like an ad but it's true.
