About Connor
As a Certified Functional Strength Coach, I understand the importance of being able to move well so we can function and do everything we want to do in life. After getting a BS in Exercise Science and playing collegiate soccer at North Central College, I developed a passion for fitness and helping others work towards their goals. I specialize in clients that are looking to get stronger, build muscle, move better, or just want more accountability with their fitness journey. I take pride in making sure that the gym becomes a place where you are confident in yourself and your abilities. With emphasis placed on developing strength for specific movement patterns, you will not only get stronger with exercises, but for life too!
