I like being outside. I enjoy hiking, fishing, jogging, gardening, kayaking and riding horses. I have been in EMS/Policing since 2005 and obtained my FF2 certification in 2011. I enjoy helping people and hope to eventually work with patients that are dealing with chronic pain. I became a Personal Trainer because I enjoy working out, especially Yoga and Pilates.
I am an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and am currently working on my Health Coach Certification. I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Human Perfomance through Logan College of Chiropractics in Chesterfield Missouri.
I believe in a lifestyle change, not dieting, to change who you are you must be willing to look at the good and not so good parts of yourself and constantly work to make yourself better than you were the day before. Family and happiness are everything in my book and to enjoy those to the fullest you have to take care of yourself. I try and help my clients learn healthy lifestyle choices that fit their lives. No one is the exact same or has the exact same needs and I prefer to tailor training based on specific client needs.
