About Ken
Ken's the Owner of Anytime Fitness - Orland Park, a graduate of Purdue University, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He's also certified in TRX, featured in the P90X and P90X2 Infomercials, a 2013 Beachbody Challenge Finalist and Revo?lution Running Master Trainer. Additionally, he's coached Basketball at the High School level for 15 years. Health and fitness is his passion and he's dedicated to helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. Specialties include strength & power conditioning, weight loss, core stability, speed, agility & quickness development. Ken loves witnessing a client overcome their inhibitions to push through previous boundaries and believes that every day presents the challenge of being the best version of yourself.
