About Ken
At 10 yrs old I was assaulted and put in the hospital, not being physical in any way my father enrolled me in Karate where my Sensei taught me to be an athlete. My college education included adaptive P.E. where I worked with Special Populations and student athletes this is where I started to develop my adaptive style of training. My approach is to be the type of trainer you need for that day, if this means pulling you out of bed at 6am then it will get done. I am upbeat, hysterical and professional, my philosophy is to make fitness fun.
I have trained full time since 1989 as a professional trainer with 100's of different clients. I now own a training company with a team of trainers and variety of services including Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, and Job Site Fitness.
