My training philosophy
Fun workouts equal consistency, which is how we get results. However, your health journey does not end at the gym. I like to address my clients habits outside of our training and discuss ways to improve healthy behavior in daily decision making.

Kristen is both a very effective and fun coach. She brings a fabulous energy and really gets you going! In only a couple of months of working with her, I can see a huge improvement in my muscle tone, endurance and attitude toward my workouts. When she notices a slowdown in my workout schedule, she emails me a gentle nudge to get me moving again...just the push I need! I highly recommend Kristen whether you need to get back into shape (as I did) or just step your fitness regime to the next level. The best part is...Kristen makes it seem like a party, while getting the results you want!
From the first time I met Kristen I felt very comfortable with her. She understood what I was trying to accomplish and geared my training sessions to reach them. She did not overwork me and although some times I had minor muscle discomfort the following morning It was gone a few hours later. I really enjoy my sessions with her.
Kristen is a great personal trainer. She really motivates you to get going and then works with you to keep up the good work. She focuses on what areas are weak so that your whole body is working and not falling apart! Her goal is to work with you so that you achieve your goals. She won't kill you during a workout so you can't move the next day but takes you on a journey where you are surprised that you can do what you couldn't do before (or in my case a long time - multiple sets of situps!) I've been working with her for about 6 months and the investment in my health with her now that I am in my mid 40's will pay dividends for decades to come! Thanks Kristen!
