With over 28 years of Fitness Industry experience and over 35 years of Endurance Running experience, completing 30 marathons (including 3 Boston Marathons and all 6 World Marathon Majors) and numerous other distance events, Laurie has used these methods to help clients achieve injury-free marathon completions, marathon time goals and Boston-Qualifying marathon efforts. Experienced, enthusiastic ACE-certified Personal Trainer (with a Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification), RRCA Certified Running Coach and ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor with specialization in Endurance Training, Muscle Strengthening, Injury Prevention for First-Time and Competitive Marathoners, Distance Runners and other endurance event participants. Over 28 years of Fitness Industry experience - extensive experience training in Cardio/Aerobic endurance, as well as in Muscle Strength and Endurance Training.
