About Mara
I am so glad you have found your way here. If you have been waiting for a sign to start taking care of yourself again or maybe for the first time ever: THIS IS IT!
Hi, my name is Mara, and I am the trainer behind The Revival Lab.
As a human, who, just like you, one day decided to start this journey, I understand that the fitness industry can be challenging and overwhelming. I don’t want you to feel the weight of confusion or not knowing where to start and therefore not doing anything at all. Instead let me be your guide and we will navigate this journey together. I strive to create a fun and easy-going environment and together we take small steps, one after another at YOUR pace. I treat each of my clients as the unique individuals they are. A one-size-fits-all approach surely doesn’t work for everyone.
With that being said, nothing makes me happier than my clients reporting back that they feel more alive, stronger and most importantly empowered throughout their day to day life. The goal is to give you back the keys to your own health and well being and get you into that drivers seat.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
