Michael Moody has been an author, podcast host, and Denver personal trainer for nearly 20 years and has appeared on NBC, WGN Radio, and PBS. He has helped personal training clients achieve new fitness heights and incredible weight loss transformations. He listens to my goals and tailors the workouts and nutritional advice based on my goals. He is very cognizant of preventing injury which has allowed me to consistently workout with him as often as I do. Be honest to him and yourself and trust him. Michael also does an excellent job of reviewing your diet with you helping you set food goals. I love that he recommended that I read "Eat to Live." That combined with his knowledge of nutrition really revamped my entire relationship with food. I really can't say enough good things, working with Michael was fantastic!
