About Michael

My goal is to teach you how to correct, heal, and strenghtnen your body using the knowledge I have gained through my NASM certified personal trainer certificate and years of training myself and others.

Wide Grip Pull Ups, Dumbell Pullover, Push ups, Dips, Bosa ball, Sprinting hills. Sometimes bodyweight exercises are the best.

Having a strong mind to muscle connection and carrying a set to a point where you are forced to utilize 100 percent of your momentary ability is the single most important factor in increasing size and strength.
