My favorite client story
I once had a male client who had very strong shoulders and biceps from doing wide grip pull-ups. He was trying to build his lat and back muscles but his arms were taking over due to a lack of mind to muscle connection and a muscle imbalance. By tweaking his posture a little and having him focus on the lats and other back muscles Rhomboids, lower, upper traps. We were able to activate his back muscles during the workout which lead to huge muscle gains in his back. Now he is able to control his posture during the workout and focus on the right muscles by using mind to muscle connection and correct posture.
My favorite exercise
Wide Grip Pull Ups, Dumbell Pullover, Deadlifts, Push ups, Dips, Bosa ball, STRETCHING
My favorite quote
Any exercise carried on beyond the least amount required to stimulate an optimal increase is not merely a waste of effort, it is actually highly counterproductive.” – Mike Mentzer
My training philosophy
Having a strong mind to muscle connection and carrying a set to a point where you are forced to utilize 100 percent of your momentary ability is the single most important factor in increasing size and strength.
