About Michael

My goal is to teach you how to correct, heal, and strenghtnen your body using the knowledge I have gained through my NASM certified personal trainer certificate and years of training myself and others.

Life should be free from pain and discomfort and your body should work strong as one whole unit. We aim to reset your body back to the way it is supposed to be. In the process we will gain strength, flexibility, and the confidence to go about your life feeling strong living without any pain or discomfort.


My favorite client story

I once had a male client who had very strong shoulders and biceps from doing wide grip pull-ups. He was trying to build his lat and back muscles but his arms were taking over due to a lack of mind to muscle connection and a muscle imbalance. By tweaking his posture a little and having him focus on the lats and other back muscles Rhomboids, lower, upper traps. We were able to activate his back muscles during the workout which lead to huge muscle gains in his back. Now he is able to control his posture during the workout and focus on the right muscles by using mind to muscle connection and correct posture.

My training philosophy

Having a strong mind to muscle connection and carrying a set to a point where you are forced to utilize 100 percent of your momentary ability is the single most important factor in increasing size and strength.
