Her energy is contagious, which is very helpful for the workout regimen she has implemented. We focus on functional training for sports, including core strength and flexibility. l'm very happy with the results I've seen since Nakisa and I began working together.
Niki worked around physical issues that I may have problems with. Niki creates workouts that l can then carry through with at home. She is terrific and I highly recommend her!
She is the best personal trainner ever . About 6 month ago i was really tired of everything any exercise or diet . I really did n't know what to do to lose weight totally have lost hope in my life even i stopped going to gym. I met her in collage oh thanks God the best day in my life . She helped me a lot .she encourage me to sign up for the gym again and get a personal trainer and stop hating my self instead i have to face the reality and try to be better . She gave me a diet plan that managed the amount the colories that i should take per day . It wasn't hard diet plan i never had that hungry feeling it was full of protein and vitamin . After one month that i started with diet and excercise plans that she told me ever thing was changing when i compare to the past 2.3 month . I was losing weight every week . The exercise was not boring for me anymore . and now i have the shape that i never thought i can be one day . Every one has to start from one day . And I did , oh Yeah .I so proud my self and i appriciate her help . I really do .
I have loved working with Niki! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The training practices she designs are varied, interesting, well keyed to my abilities, and target the areas of my (78-year-old) body that need strengthening.
