Hey there!
Before becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I was underweight and far from muscular. I wasn't happy with my body so I decided to make a change by starting my journey into the fitness world. I eventually started to notice the changes that fitness had on my body and how my confidence had started to increase. I began to fall in love with fitness, and since then I've spent years acquiring experience and knowledge in weightlifting, cardio, and nutrition. As well as receiving an education in order to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through the International Sports and Science Association.
Fitness has changed my life by increasing my quality of life, transforming my body, and increasing my confidence and now I am showing my clients how to do the same! As a personal trainer, there are 2 things I like to prioritize when it comes to training my clients. The first is your fitness-related goals. I will create a fitness program that is tailor-made for you and your current goals. Fitness programs will be built around your current capabilities, schedule, and the workouts you enjoy. My second priority as a personal trainer is your comfort. Whenever possible, I want my clients to train in whatever space they feel most comfortable training. That is why I offer vitual training sessions so that my cleints can train from the comfort of their own home or a gym of their choice.
