Years ago I was sick a lot and was very weak physically and unhealthy. With some education, practice, and time it transformed my life.
Now, I love to help others see how this can make a radical difference in their energy, physical & mental abilities, and quality of life!
Since then I've trained Athletes, Professionals, Kids, Aging, Moms, Nutrition Help, Post Rehab, Special Needs, Injury Prevention, Fat/Weight Loss, etc; I've been a trainer for over 21 years and I've seen a lot and worked with a huge variety of people with different wants and needs!
