About Taso

My name is Taso and I'm your future instructor.
I studied in Moscow (Russian Federation) and Istanbul with different teachers in different types of yoga. Began my path with Iyengar yoga method in 2008. After 3 years of training I got an idea to deepen my knowledge and pass a teaching course. Later on broke up with a strict Sri BKS Iyengar method. A lot still left in my practice - the alignment skills and therapeutic aspects of the practice. Yoga path led me to a dynamic practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, the Universal Yoga A.V. Lappa, Mandala Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. Vinyasa Flow Yoga for me is a smooth flow, the combination of flexibility and strength, the breath, and gradual progress and deepening of your own practice. Because of yoga I started to love and care about my body and that's how my fitness journey began. I tried different styles of fitness and workouts so I usually connect it in my classes. Recently I was certified by ACE as a personal trainer. Have great yoga experience working with pregnant girls (RYT certified). Founded programs for seniors where we worked both on stamina and strength through different types of exercises.

My favorite client story

The client was suffering from back pain due to a sedentary job and after implementing my program he forgot about the pain! 2 weeks of 10 min routine and he never mentioned it again
