I started Iron Jox Fitness—Home of the 15-Week Transformation Program—after years of struggling with my weight and battling depression.


At my heaviest, I weighed 340 pounds.
I was overwhelmed physically, mentally, and emotionally. But deep down, I knew I was capable of more.


So I made a decision: to transform myself—not just my body, but my mindset, my habits, and my life.


It took four years of relentless discipline, daily sacrifice, and facing hard truths. But through that journey, I tore down the barriers that had been holding me back.


I didn’t just lose weight—I found my purpose.


I realized I wasn’t alone.
And I knew I wanted to help others who were facing the same battles I once fought.

My favorite client story

One of my favorite stories is about a client in his mid-50s who came to me frustrated, low on energy, and convinced his best years were behind him. He was a busy professional who hadn’t trained in years, dealing with joint pain, and unsure if he could get back in shape. We started slow—focusing on functional movement, mobility, and rebuilding confidence. Over time, he gained strength, dropped 30 pounds, and told me he felt like himself again for the first time in a decade. But the best part? He now trains with his adult son every week—and says it’s changed their relationship. That’s what it’s about for me. It’s not just fitness. It’s life transformation.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is Cardio Boxing because it’s fun, high-energy, and incredibly effective. It challenges both your body and mind, improves coordination, builds endurance, and is a great way to relieve stress while getting a full-body workout. Plus, it keeps things exciting—you never feel like you're just going through the motions.

My training philosophy

My philosophy is simple—train with purpose, move with intention, and transform through consistency. I believe in meeting clients where they are, then guiding them through structured, science-based programs that challenge their limits without breaking them. It’s not about quick fixes—it’s about building strong bodies, sharper minds, and sustainable habits that carry over into every area of life. My goal is to empower clients to move better, feel better, and live stronger—inside and outside the gym.

My training experience

I’ve been coaching for over a decade, working with clients ranging from busy professionals and parents to former athletes and individuals recovering from injury. I’m an ISSA Certified Trainer, and I’ve built my own private facility—Iron Jox Fitness—to deliver a high-level, results-driven experience that’s personal, structured, and rooted in science. My expertise includes functional training, strength development, fat loss, and corrective movement, and I specialize in helping men and women ages 40–65 reclaim their health, energy, and confidence.
