About James

I started Iron Jox Fitness, Home of the 15-week Transformation Program after several  years of struggling with my weight and battling depression. Weighing in at my highest weight of 340 lbs I decided to transform myself physically, mentally, and emotionally. After four years of discipline and sacrifice, I was able to overcome barriers that was holding me back from being healthy. During my journey, I found my purpose and knew I wanted to help others who were facing similar struggles.

As a client at Iron Jox Fitness, you will receive encouragement, support, and will have the opportunity to bond with like-minded individuals. Iron Jox Fitness team has continued to grow and impact countless lives through strength, resiliency, and the common goal of helping people achieve their goals to lose weight, build muscle, and most of all become the best version of him or her self.
