About Thomas
February 2012 I sustain injuries from a fragmentary grenade.I broke my leg in three places and retained shrapn wounds from the waist down. For several months I underwent surgeries and rehabilitation to learn to walk again.
January of 2013, I recovered from my injuries, externally, however internally I was out shape and not myself. I vowed to get back into shape, that moment became the birth for my passion for health and wellness.
My goal has always been to assist those that want to change their lifestyle to a more healthjet way of living.
My favorite exercise
Functional Exercise ( practical everyday movements or daily living functions i.e. walking stairs, lifting groceries from the car to the kitchen counter, bent over to pick up a shoe ect.
Weight training and long distance running have always been therapeutic to my body,mind and spirit.

Accountability is the key achieving any goal. External inspiration isn’t internal motivation.
My training experience
I’ve been training since 2015. I’ve worked in a small family owned franchise as a personal trainer and front desk manager.
Customer service is always the topic priority in most fitness gyms, I wanted to bring it back to the client’s overall health and wellness.
The facilities and equipment can also be up to pair and the best technology, however if we can’t keep clients coming in the gym weekly or sticking to a fitness/nutrition program, we have to identify the root issues before resolving the superficial ones.
