About Alicia
You will not find someone more passionate about personal training. I love what I do. I love helping people reach their health and fitness goals through sustainable practices. I believe in making it a lifestyle, not just a temporary fix. I also educate my clients so that they understand what we are doing and why. It's incredibly important to me that my clients take the knowledge from our sessions and progress in their own program. I've been a certified personal trainer since 2016, but have trained friends and family prior to that while active duty in the Army. I have worked with all ages from kids to seniors. I love working with my seniors! I have worked with various injuries as well and have had a lot of success working through them. I love personal training and know that every one is very different and I love figuring out what works for my clients. I truly believe this is what I'm meant to do.
