At GreenZone, we don’t maim, we train! My Philosophy is to not simply do what works, but do what is optimal and works best. There are plenty of training programs where random exercises are thrown together all with the goal of getting someone “hot and sweaty”. This does little to spur progress after the first few weeks because there is no planned progression, meaning no increase in stimulus to keep things moving forward. We teach people how to work out properly and assist with nutrition. We perform a full evaluation/assessment on every client that we work with in person or online, and then decide the correct parameters and path each individual needs to progress in their endeavor. Conducting ourselves in a manner like this, you will see your life quite literally change.
