Chace Miller is a NASM-certified fitness professional, endurance athlete, and coach whose work centers on discipline, resilience, and long-term consistency. Holding certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Advanced Cardio Programming, Virtual Coaching, Home Gym Design, Business Basics, and CPR/AED, Chace helps individuals build stronger bodies, stronger minds, and sustainable habits that extend far beyond the gym.

From 2017 through 2025, Chace dedicated nearly a decade to one of the most demanding endurance projects ever undertaken, completing more than 2 million pull-ups while pursuing world-record performances. During that journey, he established multiple world records, including:

* 415,000 pull-ups in one year
* 40,500 pull-ups in one month
* 12,240 pull-ups in 24 hours
* Most pull-ups in six hours wearing a 40-pound weighted vest
* Most pull-ups in eight hours wearing a 20-pound weighted vest

In addition to endurance athletics, Chace has trained extensively in mixed martial arts and competed in multiple amateur MMA cage fights, further reinforcing the mindset that defines his coaching philosophy: discipline over motivation, consistency over intensity, and long-term commitment over short-term results.
