About Emily

Hi, I'm Emily! I have had a number of injuries in my life as well as reconstructive hip surgeries. I am well-versed in training and healing the body. My intention for working with you is to take you from feeling frustrated, anxious, or in a lot of pain, to feeling happy and fulfilled with optimal mobility and little to no pain.

Sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on what you are dealing with. I will also give you homework assignments to do between each session. For most people, it typically takes 2-4 sessions to alleviate some of what they are dealing with, and it is an ongoing process. This kind of work is for people who are dedicated to their growth and healing and for those who are committed to having the best quality of life possible.
