Andrea brings a no-nonsense yet fun-loving approach, shaped by her upbringing in New York and her years as a firefighter. With a background in Exercise Physiology and certifications in Health Coaching and Youth Fitness, she believes fitness should be tough but enjoyable. Her experience playing soccer, running track, and working in pediatric specialties adds a unique perspective to her coaching style. When she’s not coaching, you can find her hiking, bouldering, or exploring Colorado’s coffee scene.
Garrett’s journey started young, driven by a personal quest for health after struggling with weight loss, anxiety, and chronic conditions. His relentless pursuit of knowledge led him to earn a degree in Exercise Science, study naturopathic medicine, and complete a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition. Garrett blends Eastern and Western philosophies, drawing on his deep experience in physical training, mindset, and nutrition to guide others toward physical, mental, and emotional freedom. He’s happiest in the mountains, cycling, lifting weights, and indulging in his love of tropical fruits.

I’ve been training with Andrea for years and couldn’t be happier with the results. With her workouts and a nutrition plan from Garrett, I’ve lost around 30 pounds while maintaining my lean muscle. I’ve been working with Andrea for about six months. I’m a strength training newbie who grew up dancing, hiking, and get all of her exercise “by accident.” Last year, with a very demanding job and little time for myself, I decided to look for a personal trainer. I’d never had one before, and felt a little nervous, but I was hopeful that a trainer would help me make the most the most of my workouts and build healthy routines that I could rely on, even with an unpredictable work life. I had an introductory call with Andrea and knew immediately that she was the right trainer for me to work with. She understood my needs from the beginning, and I love her holistic, positive, and effective approach to health and fitness. Andrea helped me feel more comfortable and confident in the gym, offers me multiple different workouts so I never get bored, provides videos in case I need a refresher on form during my solo workout days, gives me modifications whenever I need them, and always encouraging, warm, and non-judgmental while still promoting accountability. She checks up on me throughout the week to see how my workouts are going, which has helped me stay motivated. My sessions are at 6:30 in the morning, and I still always look forward to them! I couldn’t recommend Andrea enough.
Andrea's been my trainer for over a year - when I came to her, I hadn't worked out in years and was basically looking for someone to help me ease back in and form a lasting habit; it was also important to me that my trainer not push dieting advice even if it was framed as simply "healthy eating." Andrea was EXACTLY what I needed. She was 100% respectful of the boundaries I set, and even as we took my workouts easy (like I wanted), I still saw noticeable progress. She's sneaky in turning up the intensity, which I love, and she's just a fun conversationalist as well. She's a keeper!
I worked with Andrea for about 2 years and it was a great experience! She is so thoughtful and compassionate and she makes working out so fun. She's great at providing modifications when you can't do a certain exercise for whatever reason and she's also great on focusing on different goals. I highly recommend her, no matter what your goal is!

She comes to me, keeps workouts fresh and tailored to my body, goals and energy level, and makes fitness actually enjoyable (no small feat—I hate the gym!). I have been training with Andrea for the past year and she is very knowledgeable with Asperger´s and Autism. She is not a pushy sales trainer which is a good thing. I only train with her once a month due to my budget and she is cool with that. When I train with Andrea, she makes working out very exciting and fun. She is not going to push you hard and if you don´t feel good she is going to slow down a bit. She is very patient. She is smiley and has a great attitude. If you don’t have motivations to work out she will find a motivation and make working out fun and not like a chore. Hope this review is helpful to everyone.

Let me begin this review by saying that I have never enjoyed the gym environment. Instead, I have always preferred exercising outdoors. A walk about town or a long bike ride- I have always found ways to avoid the house of steel and sweat. From the mysterious gym etiquette that always left me feeling anxious, to the bewildering machines I knew I could not be using correctly, to the haunting instagram reels I’d find featuring women falling down on treadmills only to have their pants ripped off in a humiliating display- my reasons for avoidance felt justified. Then not so suddenly I found myself in my mid 30s and facing the fact that time- that cruel tempest- had come for me as she does for us all. No longer would my long summer bike rides wield the same result, no longer would my long, rambling walks- Jane Eyre inspired, obviously- leave me feeling energized and challenged. It took only one unsupervised sojourn into a Gym before I decided I needed guidance. Never would I have ever expected that I’d enjoy working with a trainer- let alone a pair/ couple- but boy howdy was I wrong. Working with Andrea and Garret was awesome. From our first conversation where we spoke about my goals, concerns and anxieties- I felt deeply comfortable and confident in their professionalism and knowledge. Not only did they help me feel at ease in a new environment- but they also challenged me. The program they created me not only held me accountable and provided me new exercises to use, but also incorporated my love- if not need- for getting outside. In working with Andrea and Garrett I feel confident during my gym sessions- confident in my program, confident in the proper form and uses of the machines, and confident that my pants will not be ripped off in some sort of tragic treadmill debacle.
