About Jason

I have been training for over 15 years from a commercial gym setting, corporate wellness, and most recently as a small business owner. I have worked with clients ranging from youth athletes (12-18) to elderly (70+). I love to work with a variety of clients as it challenges me to constantly strive to learn new techniques and training modalities in order to provide my clients with the best possible programming to help them achieve their goals. I like to first assess my clients to see where they’re currently at and where they’d like to be - then come up with a realistic plan to help get them there. First addressing any mobility or muscular imbalances, then progressing from there in order to encourage optimal movement patterns throughout their fitness program and in day to day life! Our body is our vehicle through this grand adventure we call life - I want to help you live your life on YOUR terms, without your body holding you back from doing all the things you want to do.
