Coach Javier isn’t your “typical” fitness trainer. He’s accomplished a thing or two in his career as fitness professional and professional athlete. Javier started his martial arts career at the age of ten. By 15 years old, he decided to compete at a professional level in Sport Karate by traveling the United States. In 2000 & 2001, Javier won a CKA Colorado State Title & a NASKA World Title as a Heavy Weight Fighter.
