I have been active since a young age. Whether is was gymnastics, softball, or Irish dancing, I was always moving! I would love the opportunity to show you my enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
A typical training session will start out with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, a core/balance/resistance portion when you will feel those muscles pumping, and a nice cool down to bring together all that we’ve done today.
I strive for clients who want the biggest changes. If you come to me motivated and ready to work, nothing can stand in the way of your weight loss journey!
