Lizzy Wolterbeek
About Lizzy
Hey everyone! My name is Lizzy and I love working with people to help them improve their overall quality of life through better movement. With a degree in Athletic Training, I have an abundance of experience working with athletes and the general population to reduce risk of injury, enhance rehabilitation after and injury, and help individuals to better understand how to move their bodies pain free. I believe that when we focus on how we Feel instead of how we Look, we increase our potential to reach our secondary goals such as weight loss or muscle tone and we build a stronger, more positive relationship with our bodies along the way. I love working with individuals who are in their 30s-70s who are dealing with the changes their bodies are going through with age-- such as more difficulty recovering from exercise, reduced strength, balance, and coordination, potential pain and aches that tend to linger, and so much more. I am an educator at heart and can't wait to help teach you how to regain confidence in your body!
