About Shelby

I am a fitness professional and enthusiast from Georgia. I got my personal verification in 2008 prior to joining the Air Force. I was the physical training leader. I was an avid runner, but got injured. The injuries forced me to focus more on corrective exercises and strength training. I love teaching others how to lift weights and why they help our bodies function better. I enjoy training older people to help them regain control of their lives and teaching people how to enjoy and have fun with fitness.


My favorite client story

I have a client that felt uncomfortable in her own body. She was very weak and could not do a plank or sit up. After 1 month, the improvement we saw in fat loss and muscle gain were so great that she could fit in a dress she hadn’t ever been able to wear and could do much more difficult movements.
