My name is Brenda Tiffner. I have been a physical therapist assistant for the past 26 years. I am ACE Certified personal trainer, NPTI personal trainer and PN1 (Precision Nutrition) Certified. The very first thing I like to do with clients is a consultation to assess your movement and strength as well as cardiovascular capabilities. Program is based off of findings.
My favorite client story
Client who said , "Oh I just want to lose a few pounds" but now has completed her first 2 half marathons and is part of a running group now.
Client who said " I couldn't even balance on one leg for 3 seconds and now look at the things I am doing and the places I can go now, like hiking".
My favorite exercise
Corrective Exercises- Anything that improves movement and the flow of your body. We are not all built the same and we certainly know that life happens and our bodies change in our lifetime.
My favorite quote
"Live the life you have imagined"
My training philosophy
Healthy choices for a healthy life!
My training experience
I have worked with many clients with a wide range of ages. From juniors and seniors in high school to those that are 85 years of age! One thing is for certain, if you are showing up and not making excuses than you have already improved your health.
