Hi I’m Miriam Archibald I’ve been in the fitness industry for 6+ years and started my journey being overweight for my height and age. I made a change in my life to start working out not knowing what I was doing or even how to eat healthy. For 6 months I was anorexic and bulimic and didn’t think I was doing anything wrong after while I realized I needed to start eating a little more and that’s how I fell in love with weight lifting. After doing that for awhile I decide to go to school for it and get my associates in exercise science and my certification in pt. I am currently working on getting my Associates in Pt assistant here soon .

My sessions with my clients are all tailored to your Needs and your goals. I also make sure I build a strong foundation with the basic exercise like squats, Dl and etc. I have worked with all type of clients ranging from 21-60 years old with my background this allows me to know what I need to do with certain people workout wise.
