My favorite client story

I had a client that would say they were going to join the group class at 6 AM but never showed up and she had 14 days free. Once the 14 days were up, she had to pay, and boy did she start showing up. That was 2 years ago and till this day I have her 3 times a week since covid. She made it a lifestyle change and stopped focusing on the number on the scale.

My training philosophy

Keep the body moving but listen to the body. If it hurts stop if you feel you can give me 5 more reps, then the weight is to light.

My training experience

I started training thanks to my husband who was a trainer for 15 years. I started after going through my own crisis. I felt overweight and depressed. My husband helped me through it by training me every morning and boy I did not like it. I would complain the whole time and say no a lot. After 2 weeks I was in the shower and started laughing like something came over me. The happy drug I call it. My husband calls it the Hope drug. That was in 2020 and now in 2024 I have not looked back. I am out to help people get through the day with a little bit more grace throughout their day. Let's be more mindful of what we do with our time and strive to be stronger.
