I’m Bartek Fin, and with over a decade of experience in fitness and strength sports, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals through customized strength training, weight loss programs, and self-defense techniques. As a former competitive strongman and elite-level powerlifter, I know what it takes to push limits, and I bring that same intensity and dedication to every training session.
In addition to strength and conditioning, I incorporate elements of Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai for clients who are interested in self-defense or improving their overall athleticism. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or sharpen your martial arts skills, I’ll design a program tailored specifically for you. My approach focuses on safe, sustainable results that help you build strength, improve endurance, and increase confidence both inside and outside the gym.

My favorite client story
One of my favorite clients, James, came to me struggling with his weight and confidence. He was hesitant about starting, but determined to change. We focused on the basics, gradually building his strength and endurance.
Over time, James lost 50 pounds and gained serious muscle. He went from barely lifting a barbell to hitting personal records he never thought possible. The real transformation, though, was in his confidence. Seeing him grow stronger both physically and mentally is why I love what I do.
My favorite exercise
One of my all-time favorite exercises is the farmer’s carry. It’s simple but incredibly effective for building total-body strength, grip endurance, and core stability. Whether you’re training for strength sports or just looking to improve functional fitness, the farmer’s carry hits everything—shoulders, back, core, and legs—while also boosting mental toughness.
I love incorporating it into my clients’ workouts because it’s so versatile and easy to scale. Plus, it translates directly to everyday strength, whether you’re carrying groceries or moving heavy equipment. Nothing beats the feeling of picking up heavy weights and walking with purpose!

Bartek is an amazing trainer. He has helped me with strength, mobility, and stretching. The best part about him is how knowledgeable he is. We can be doing a set and I’ll tell him a muscle hurts or feels tight doing it and he’s able to quickly locate and tell me what muscle it is and have just the right exercise to loosen or strengthen the muscle. The number of different exercises and variations he knows and is able to quickly apply to tailor a workout to my needs is always impressive!
I’ve worked out with Bartek for a full year now and I’ve seen an incredible change in my fitness level and physique.
