About Colleen

In 2002, I had three young sons, and I became a personal trainer. Everything has grown from that! Dedicated personal training clients, Strolling classes, Strong Mamas classes, Life Coaching, Nutritional Certification...holistic wellness is my passion. I have had success helping my clients reach their goals, improve their health, decrease feelings of stress, and laugh along the way. Whether you are a brand new nervous beginner or a seasoned athlete getting ready for an event...I will motivate you to get there!

I have had clients who lost 100 lbs, come back from accidents, recover from heart attacks, and find new purpose in life. They are all my favorites!

Core strength is very important. I am a huge fan of bodyweight squats for stamina and calorie burn.

My training experience

I played field hockey (and was captain) in high school and women's rugby in college. I have skiied since I was 2 years old...and the underlying theme was continuous core and strength training to have the energy needed to live my life!
