About Jessica
Jessica LeBoeuf is a certified personal trainer, coach, and wellness educator who helps women build strong, sustainable bodies without burnout, extremes, or confusion.
Her passion for fitness began during college—not as a lifelong athlete, but as someone discovering movement for the first time. After joining a gym her freshman year, Jessica quickly realized that training wasn’t just about physical change; it was about confidence, self-trust, and learning how to care for your body long-term. That curiosity turned into a personal journey that included everything from 5Ks and triathlons to strength training and bodybuilding—each experience deepening her understanding of what the human body is capable of when trained intelligently.
In 2013, Jessica became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) while completing her undergraduate degree. She graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a background that strongly influences her coaching approach today. After spending over six years working in the mental health field, Jessica gained firsthand insight into the connection between stress, behavior, mindset, and physical health—experience that sets her apart in the fitness industry.
In 2018, she founded JessicaLeBuilt Fitness, LLC, where she blends evidence-based training, psychology, and real-life application to help clients create results that actually last. Her coaching focuses on strength, body awareness, metabolic health, and consistency—rather than quick fixes or unsustainable programs.
Jessica maintains her ACSM certification through ongoing education, seminars, and mentorship, believing that in an ever-evolving industry, staying informed is non-negotiable. She is known for her grounded, supportive coaching style, attention to detail, and ability to meet clients where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
If you’re looking for a trainer who will challenge you, educate you, and help you build a body that supports your life (not takes it over), Jessica is the coach for you.
Ready to train with intention?
My favorite client story
One of my favorite client moments isn’t about weight loss or PRs — it’s when a client told me they could carry groceries, climb stairs, and get through their day without pain for the first time in years. Hearing how training improved their everyday life is what makes this work so meaningful to me. Those “real life” wins will always matter more than numbers.
My favorite exercise
Bulgarian split squats — hands down. They build strength, balance, and resilience all at once, and they reveal a lot about how the body moves. They’re challenging, effective, and empowering (even if everyone loves to hate them at first).
My favorite quote
“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
— Jim Rohn
My training philosophy
Jessica’s training philosophy is rooted in the belief that fitness should support your life, not take it over. She prioritizes proper movement, education, and consistency over extremes, quick fixes, or burnout. Every client is different, which is why programs are individualized and adaptable based on goals, lifestyle, and how the body feels on any given day. She believes in training with intention—warming the body properly, lifting with good form, listening to feedback, and progressing in a sustainable way. The goal isn’t perfection, but building strength, confidence, and habits that clients can carry with them long-term.
My training experience
Jessica has over a decade of hands-on training experience working with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. She has trained beginners who are brand new to the gym, experienced lifters looking to refine technique, couples training together, and individuals with injuries or physical limitations. Her background includes working in multiple gym environments as well as running her own business, JessicaLeBuilt Fitness, LLC. With a foundation in psychology and years spent in the mental health field, Jessica brings a deeper understanding of behavior, motivation, and consistency into her coaching. She approaches training with an emphasis on proper movement, strength, education, and long-term sustainability—helping clients build habits and confidence that extend far beyond the gym.
