Kensly was born and raised in Haiti. He is a graduate of Grace College in Warsaw, Indiana where he studied applied physics. He then went on to serve six years in the US Marine Corps. Always passionate about health and fitness, Kensly pursued a career in physical training after his service. In addition to his six-year personal training career, Kensly coached and officiated youth soccer and has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Kensly is excited to be a part of the fyt team and strongly believes in slow motion strength training—particularly among the senior population— and its benefits, such as improved bone density, mobility, and strength. He enjoys working with any age clientele to help maintain and challenge their fitness and crush their goals. Above all, he is passionate about helping people live long, healthy life. You only have one body, so it’s important to take care of it and Kensly will help you do just that!
