Strength is the foundation. It is the most efficient usage of your time moving towards your goals. We're going to a build a program specifically designed for your needs based off assessment. We'll be using the 5 primal movement patterns (squat, step, lunge, push, pull) to reinforce proficient movement and athleticism in the rest of your daily life. We're looking to build consistency of movement integrity over time and constantly load these patterns to challenge posture and position.
