About Mike
Mike has a deep drive and passion for motivating others. Fitness changed his life; it allowed him a focus through a challenging period in his life. He believes persevering through difficult situations and allowing failures to be lessons and an opportunity for growth. His energetic, charismatic personality will drag that last rep and final push out of his clients.
Mike was a member of UConn Men’s Lacrosse Team in college. He has tackled his own weight loss journey and has lost 50 lb. With his weight loss, he has been able to crush his goal of running a sub 20 minute 5k, deadlifting 500 pounds, squatting 400 pounds and benching 300 lbs.
