About Nicki
Hi, I’m Nicki! Congratulations on taking the first step in your health journey! I hope that even if we don't end up working together, I can add value to your journey in one way or another. I found my passion for fitness after my own weight loss transformation about 6 years ago. I battled with my weight throughout most of my childhood and early adult life. One day, I finally had a breakthrough, something finally switched in my head and I ended up losing about 65 pounds. Through my own journey, I decided that I wanted to help others overcome their health and fitness goals, as I know how detrimental it can be on your mental health. I realized there is no quick overnight fix, it takes hard work and dedication. I'm here to be that motivation and to hold you accountable, to help you crush your goals and ultimately improve the quality of your life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and also have the experience of undergoing a transformation of my own. While everybody's journey is unique and brings new challenges, I can relate to a lot of the mental and physical struggles that come along with the process. Over the last three years of being a trainer, my specialty has been training new moms and I've gained immense knowledge in Pre and Post partum training. Looking forward to chatting and hopefully meeting many of you ready to embark on this new lifestyle!

Nicki is an awesome personal trainer and an inspiration. Her own fitness journey and transformation make her so easy to relate to. Nicki is a gem. There is nothing cookie cutter about her workouts for her clients. She not only gets you in the best shape of your life, but she listens and observes so that your body will benefit. Examples: I was having pain on my left side and a right shoulder issue. Every session, we worked in moves to help address my issues. And it worked! I’m in the best shape of my life, and I’m pain free. I’ve worked with other trainers before, but she’s the only that has been able to get these results for me.
