I am a former boxer who has trained/fought in Ct, Ma, and Ca. I have been studying the sport for 30 years and been teaching for 15 in both CT and Los Angeles. I train beginners up to advanced, men and women whether you want to loose weight and lean up or learn the finer points of the sport. I use the mitts for the entire hour....as it is the most beneficial to my clients, and the most fun. Just don't loose weight or gain muscle...that doesn't equal healthy. Lets get into "fighting shape" Just don't look the part... be it !!

The mitts are my main focus to learn the sport. It your goals are something else, I use more weights and body weight exercises.
