About Tacia

Hi - My name is Tacia Savage!


I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga & Group Fitness instructor with 10 years of experience.


I went from 230lbs to 170lbs by defining hat health means to me; now I teach my clients how to do the same.


 


My first group fitness class was a Zumba (R) and kickboxing hybrid in San Germán, Puerto Rico. Fast forward 2 years, I get my Zumba license just before moving from California to New York City. It was 2012, I was close to 230lbs and very uncomfortable in my skin however, my love for dancing helped me overcome.


 


I spent the next few years perfecting my craft, enjoying the process of teaching group fitness. 


 


When injury struck after my first marathon, I had to make the tough decision to move from group fitness to personal training and I have been there ever since. I love to work in the fitness industry because I want to help my clients thrive and be surprised about how strong they can get and how much their habits and lifestyle can change for the better!
