At Primal Zen Fitness, the focus of my personal training is not on aesthetics, it’s on bringing the body into balance. Once brought into balance through the development of strength, body awareness, flexibility, relaxation, and motor control, all of the surface issues (such as weight) will effortlessly find balance as well. Getting into peak shape doesn’t have to be a struggle. An effective and efficient movement practice should feel GOOD and should bring your mind & body onto the same team rather than pitting the two against each other in a “no pain, no gain” battle of wills.
