I thoroughly enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals. My mentality is that of consistency, as I myself began the journey to good health a few years and quite a few pounds ago.
As personal trainer I have now worked with clients off all ages from stay at home moms who want that confidence back, busy C.E.O's and entrepreneurs who had let their fitness go by the wayside, and even 12-15 year olds with knee and hip problems. I will take the time to make sure that you are adapting and progressing to your new you.
I have also been a boxing for the past seven years and boxing instructor for the past two years I offer boxing to any and all who wish to learn how to defend themselves. To all my clients I am always only a phone call or message away with tips, advice, and support!
