About Elijah
Hi, my name is Eli and I'm a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in various areas of fitness, including physique, race events, Olympic lifting, and CrossFit. I've helped clients across the country to achieve their fitness goals by providing them with affordable, tailor-made programs to meet their specific needs and preferences. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches to fitness. Every individual is unique, and my passion is finding right combination of things to keep you motivated and get you the results you want. Each workout session lasts 45-60 minutes and includes a custom workout of the day. Based on my assessment of any muscular imbalances or mobility limitations you might have, our workout may also include guided stretching and other movements. Many of my clients start to see results in the mirror in as little as 3-4 months — but everyone FEELS increased energy and vitality almost immediately. I train in a *PRIVATE STUDIO* in the Design District built exclusively for personal trainers and their clients. This means that you won’t have to fight for machines during peak hours or worry about intimidating gym bros. Everyone in the space is working with a trainer and focused on their own work. The studio is accessible from all parts of DFW, making it easy for you to squeeze in a workout in your busy schedule. You can see pictures of the studio on this page. To get started, I'm offering a *FREE* first session which includes a full movement assessment, a tour of the facility, and a brief workout so that you can get a sense of my training style. I believe that fitness should fit into anyone's budget, that's why I provide quality training services at an affordable rate. Client from Canada wanted to lose 20 pounds for his wedding within 3 months. This was a big deal to him as he wanted to look like he was a healthy husband that could lead and protect. We battled 5 days a week and placed a fair nutrition program into implementation. After all said and done, we were down 24 pounds of fat and put on 7 pounds of muscle mass. He was able to attend his wedding a happy man and future husband.
