About Erin

Getting you to your goals is what I live for! I love helping people learn and develop lifelong healthy habits that translate into big, permanent results. I specialize in small group training consisting of 2-5 woman. I also enjoy training 1:1. I enjoy getting to know my clients and sharing with them the experience and knowledge that I have occurred over the years. I come from a "bodybuilder" backround but I enoy all types of workouts. I like to see what works best for my clients and what will hold their attention becuase, lets face it, if you don't enjoy the workout - you'll quit. I like to keep it intresting and different while tracking your measurable goals and crushing them.

squats! of course!! They incorporate the most muscles therefore burn the most calories while you do them and after your done.
