No Gym Membership Needed!

Been working with James off and on for over 10 years. My wife and I both had memberships at 24hour fitness, but she never went. She finally said she just needed to get a trainer, but she had no idea where to go for that. "Uhh...hello...you should try James, he's excellent". So...here we are...4 years later, and she's still going. Even worked out with him at 5:30am for a year. She did that slot for 11 months longer than I thought she would. Goes to show how good James is for that type of dedication. Other trainers look at their watch, look around the room while you do your sets, etc. Looking everywhere but you. Not James- he's intently focused on your form, and focuses on making sure the weight is appropriate for your lift. After the set is done, he's keenly aware of how much time his client rests for, and then- time to hit the next set. Does a great job of making sure you get the most out of your workout. You will be tired when you leave. That's a good thing.
