I coach and have coached people with all fitness backgrounds. I hold several certifications in various specialities that I offer to better serve my clients interests. I love what I do and enjoy my role in the success of my clients whether that is fat loss, increases in strength, or conquering their Spartan race times. I am constantly working to improve myself as a coach through certifications as well as professional associations. In short, my clients get results that are measurable and proven.

I've been coaching CrossFit and Olympic lifting for 4 years, and have been the owner/head coach of CrossFit Gonzo for the past two years. I've worked with all body types and have a proven track record of results with no injuries!
