Run Speed Performance is a youth and adult sports performance and fitness organization. We specialize in youth athlete development with an emphasis in track and field skills; running bio-mechanics, technique, proper form, and strength to enhance the athlete's overall performance.
RSP creates new innovative training methods through cardio and strength programs to achieve adult fitness goals for any level.
• Developed and executed marketing programs and general business solutions resulting in increased company exposure, customer traffic, and sales.
• Implemented operational strategies and effectively built customer and employee loyalty.
• Delivered customized and effective solutions to client that met unique demands.

The Competitive Youth Track and Field club competes at local weekend meets advancing thru Districts, Regionals and Junior Olympics. Each year, multiple athletes compete at the highest level in their age group at Nationals.
2018 – We currently have about 35 athletes who will be competing at the AAU level this summer.
2017 - Every athlete set a new PR (personal record). Seven athletes competed at the National Junior Olympics.
2016 – Several athletes set new PRs with several competing in AAU and TAFF Nationals.

2005 Outdoor season: All-American and two-time all-conference. All-American honoree with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Championships with a time of 1:47.92

2004 SUMMER OLYMPICS: Athens, Greece ... won the U.S. Olympic trials in Sacramento with a personal-best time of 1:44.77 ... finished second in the preliminary round of the Olympic Games with a time of 1:45.32 ... was the only American athlete to compete in the semifinal round of the 800M.

2004 Outdoor season: National Champion in the 800M. Big 12 Champion in the 800M ... all-conference in the 800M and 4x400M ... ranked No. 1 in the nation ... 800M ... time of 1:46.32 set at Mt. Sac Relays gave him the No. 1 time in the nation and No. 2 time in the world at that time ... was his second-best career time and second best time in school history ... earned his first National title with a time of 1:46.39 at Nationals for first-place which was also a stadium record ... ran 1:46.76 to finish first in the prelims at Nationals ... defended his 800M title for the third straight year at the Conference Championships with a time of 1:47.12 ... time was also a Big 12 meet record ... repeated as Midwest Region Champion with a time of 1:47.81 ... ran a prelim time of 1:49.57 ... finished second in the prelims of Regionals with a time of 1:49.82 ... finished first at both the TTU Invitational and UTEP Invitational with times of 1:50.03 and 1:50.13 ...

2002-2005: He was named All – American nine times and received 16 all – conference awards including four Big 12 Championships. In 2004, Johnson became Tech's only male national champion and, after finishing first in the Olympics Trials with a school record of 1:44.77 he became Tech's only male Olympian and number one ranking in the United States by Track & Field News and fastest time by an American that year. Johnson helped lead Texas Tech to its first Big 12 Championship team title in 2005. Johnson has a personal best of 1.44.69. 2003 Outdoor season: Competed at the USATF Championship with a third- place finish in a time of 1:46.76, making the World Championship team ... ranked third in the U.S. by Track & Field News among all 800M runners, both college and elite.
