I have been building my knowledge and practices over the last three years and am excited to help others achieve their goals the way I have achieved my own. - I heavily focus on functional movements to improve everyday living but I can also understand how empowering it is to lift heavy! - I like to vary a lot of my own training so I enjoy pushing myself with heavy weights but I also understand the importance of light weights and movement reinforcements. I try to practice yoga at home as well in my personal time and will probably recommend you to try it out!

My favorite exercise is by far the dead lift, as i believe it is one of the most applicable movements to daily life activities.
