Scott Reed
About Scott
I have been training clients for over 7 years. In that time I have had all types of clients ranging from: 1st Round MLB draft pick, NFL & CFL Football players, D1 football/basketball/baseball/volleyball, as well as general public fitness training/weight loss/strength training/rehab training of all ages groups.
I became a trainer because I have a passion to help people become the best that they can be regardless of who they are or what they do. Everyone is different and everyones goals and training should be done differently as well. There is never only 1 right answer.
My background in fitness is very diverse. I have been a competitive athlete my whole life, playing football in college and currently being a highly ranked Olympic style weightlifter. Growing up, my father became very ill and I then had to learn how to help train individuals with disabilities or special needs as well.
My typical sessions start with a 5-10 min dynamic warm up to prep the specific muscle groups that are going to be trained that day and addressing any problem areas that you may already have. Then we move into our major muscle groups exercises, sometimes they are preformed on their own while other times they are done in a "super-set" or "circuit" style fashion. Next we move into the supports muscle groups, here we focus on some more specific goals; shaping/toning/bulking/etc. All of my sessions will end with core training and a cool down.
