About Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley — a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a background in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and coaching. I am passionate about helping athletes and individuals build strength, improve performance, lose weight, move better, and train with confidence.

My coaching approach combines evidence-based strength and conditioning principles with injury prevention and proper movement mechanics to create programs that are both effective and sustainable. Whether your goal is improving athletic performance, losing body fat, building strength, increasing confidence in the gym, or returning to training safely, I focus on creating individualized programs tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.

I believe training should not only improve performance, but also help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym. I’m committed to providing support, accountability, and education throughout your fitness journey so you can continue making sustainable, long-term progress.

I look forward to helping you reach your goals and become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself!
