About Richard

Hi, my name is Rich and I'm a certified personal trainer. Years ago I struggled with hypertension, stress, anxiety, and weight gain. This set me on a journey to create a healthier lifestyle for myself. I also enjoy training others and educating people on how to make different lifestyle choices with nutrition and fitness. I have multiple years of experience training soldiers while I served in the military. However, I have adapted a training mentality to encourage, help, and educate my clients during my training programs. My ultimate goal is to help clients learn the foundation to manage their weight goals through nutrition, eating behaviors, fitness, and even using stress management techniques.

I use online apps to train my clients through nutrition and fitness goals set by the clients wants and needs.

Before beginning any workout program, I have my clients fill out a few forms to get started so I understand each client's unique situation and goals/challenges. I also offer a coaching call before the start of this program to get to know my client's goals and challenges better. 

I program weekly workout routines via my fitness app, where you have access to instructional videos to include each exercise and the correct forms to perform. You will also have access to message me through the fitness app with any questions you have have.

My favorite client story

When working with one of my client's, I was able to help my client enhance resistance and endurance workouts to improve strength, and through nutritional coaching, I as able to help my client lose weight. I love that I am able to help my client's improve their standard of living as well as live an overall healthier lifestyle.
