Let’s be honest—when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and healthy living, the sea of information out there can feel overwhelming. And yeah, sometimes downright annoying! That’s where I come in. My mission is to cut through the noise and bring you personal training, nutrition coaching, and wellness education that’s approachable, fun, and designed to fit seamlessly into your life. Together, we’ll tackle your goals with simplicity, support, and plenty of good vibes along the way.
Wellness has always been part of who I am. Growing up in Upstate New York, I was passionate about soccer and track, and that love of movement carried me through my 10 years as a firefighter. I deepened my understanding of health and fitness by studying Exercise Physiology and earning certifications as a Health Coach and Youth Fitness Specialist.
My unique blend of experiences—from athletics to first response to working in pediatric medicine—has shaped my mindset as a coach. It’s given me a deep appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and the power of small wins on the journey to big goals.
The best part of my job? Watching clients gain confidence through fitness and wellness. I truly believe exercise should be enjoyable—even when it’s challenging. When you embrace the process and find joy in the journey, the results naturally follow.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me hiking, bouldering, or hunting down the coziest coffee shops in town. Let’s connect and make your wellness journey as energizing and rewarding as it should be!

Andrea is the best trainer I've ever had. She is fabulous at noticing and making slight adjustments to my form so that I'm targeting the muscles and getting the best workout. In addition to the personal training, she sprinkles in great nutrition and wellness tips. She makes me feel strong and capable and she makes me laugh and smile while working out. I give my highest recommendation to Andrea and my fiancé keeps asking when he can start working out with her too!
Andrea is the best! She has been working with my teenage son who has strength and posture issues. I couldn’t ask for a more patient, encouraging, and inspiring trainer! Andrea is a wonderful experience! and an excellent personal trainer. The individualized fitnesses programs she creates are on spot to help you reach your goal. She truly cares and has so much passion in helping you Improve a healthy lifestyle. Plus my daughter who happens to have Down Syndrome also trains with Andrea. She has created a work out that has allowed my daughter to improve her upper body strength/lower body strength and balance. Most of our kiddos with Down Syndrome have low tone muscle to begin with. She has done an excellent job strengthening my daughter from head- toe. Andrea is always pleasant while reminding my daughter or me, to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness rather it be for you or your child to work with Andrea.
