About Andrea
Health and wellness have been my passion and integrated into my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Upstate New York playing soccer and running track and I served as a firefighter for 10 years prior to moving to Colorado. There, I studied Exercise Physiology and became certified as a Health Coach and Youth Fitness Specialist.
Combining my experience in athletics and first response with my experience working in the pediatric medical field has been a game-changer for my mindset as a coach and trainer. I have an extensive background working in pediatric specialties!
It makes me incredibly happy to work with teens and young adults to help them build confidence and resilience; I love to share my knowledge in a fun and interactive way and provide information for those in need as well as those who may not have easy access to wellness education.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients reach their goals and gain confidence through fitness and wellness!
One of my core values when it comes to exercise is that it needs to be enjoyable- hard work is key but it is necessary to enjoy the process and the journey and everything else will follow!
In my free time, you can find me hiking, bouldering, and exploring new coffee shops!

We develop a partnership based on established goals and we are committed to our clients' success and expect our clients to reflect that same commitment to their goals. Team Testa Wellness incorporates fun into our programming as well- if clients are not enjoying their experience then they are not as likely to stay committed.

Andrea is the best trainer I've ever had. I look forward to our workouts because I enjoy working out with and talking to her and because I know I will feel great and just the right amount of tired after she subtlety pushes me to achieve more. I feel incredibly motivated to increase my reps/time/weight/stretches with Andrea because she is so encouraging and I because I know that Andrea is customizing and planning how to get me to my next goal each session. She is fabulous at noticing and making slight adjustments to my form so that I'm targeting the muscles and getting the best workout. In addition to the personal training, she sprinkles in great nutrition and wellness tips. She makes me feel strong and capable and she makes me laugh and smile while working out. I give my highest recommendation to Andrea and my fiancé keeps asking when he can start working out with her too!
Andrea is the best! She has been working with my teenage son who has strength and posture issues. I couldn’t ask for a more patient, encouraging, and inspiring trainer! Andrea is a wonderful experience! and an excellent personal trainer. The individualized fitnesses programs she creates are on spot to help you reach your goal. She truly cares and has so much passion in helping you Improve a healthy lifestyle. Plus my daughter who happens to have Down Syndrome also trains with Andrea. She has created a work out that has allowed my daughter to improve her upper body strength/lower body strength and balance. Most of our kiddos with Down Syndrome have low tone muscle to begin with. She has done an excellent job strengthening my daughter from head- toe. Andrea is always pleasant while reminding my daughter or me, to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness rather it be for you or your child to work with Andrea.
